I guide you through the Early Conciliation process with ACAS, then prepare and submit your ET1 Claim Form, requesting a paper-only hearing wherever permissible — so your case is determined on the evidence submitted, without the need for travel or attendance costs.
You receive any financial recovery first. My success fee is calculated only on amounts secured for you — and is never deducted from compensation awarded for injury to feelings, mental anguish, or distress. You keep what is rightfully yours.
